Roobet Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and Roobet ("the Platform", "we", "us") regarding your use of the Roobet website and mobile application, accessible at roobet.ad. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Roobet. All three documents are available in full on this website.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all players accessing Roobet from Pakistan. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute about interpretation, the English text is the definitive version. Roobet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access any real-money features of Roobet – including deposits, withdrawals, and placing bets – you must create a registered account. Registration is free and open to players in Pakistan who meet the eligibility requirements set out below.

Eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Roobet does not accept registrations from individuals under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as an individual player. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You may hold only one account. Creating additional accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent any platform restriction is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Roobet reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any point during your account lifetime, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if suspicious activity is detected. You may be asked to provide identification documents to complete this process. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being suspended until the process is completed.

Your account is personal to you. Sharing access credentials, allowing others to use your account, or using another person's account is not permitted and will result in suspension of all accounts involved.

3. Deposits

All deposits on Roobet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency transactions involved, and no conversion fees are applied to your deposit at any stage. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, E asypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and vary depending on the payment method selected. These limits are displayed during the deposit process in your account. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Roobet does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• Deposit funds are held in your Roobet account balance and are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation.
• In the event of a failed or reversed transaction, the deposit will not be credited and any associated fee charged by your payment provider is your responsibility.
• Roobet reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to all verified account holders. You may withdraw funds from your real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal can be processed. This includes confirming your identity and the ownership of your payment method.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method in your own name. Transferring winnings to a third party is not permitted.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method and are shown in your account during the withdrawal process.
• Standard withdrawal processing times range from a few hours to one business day depending on the payment method and your VIP tier.
• VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members receive prioritised withdrawal processing, with Diamond members eligible for same-day withdrawals as standard.
• Roobet reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts.
• Bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared real-money balance is eligible for withdrawal.

If your withdrawal request is declined, you will be notified with a reason. Common reasons include incomplete verification, an unmet wagering requirement on a bonus, or a suspected policy violation. In these cases, the funds remain in your account pending resolution.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Roobet offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and VIP-specific rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the Promotions page and communicated at the time the bonus is awarded.

General bonus rules that apply across all offers:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from your real-money balance and are used first when placing bets, unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement which must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier and qualifying games or markets are stated per offer.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Creating additional accounts to claim a welcome bonus again is a violation of these Terms.
• Roobet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time, including if it believes a player is exploiting the offer in bad faith.
• Free bet credits are used as stake but winnings (minus the stake) are returned as real money, unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• VIP cashback is awarded in PKR and is subject to the specific VIP tier cashback rate. VIP cashback does not carry a wagering requirement and can be withdrawn as real money.

6. Sports Betting Rules

Roobet offers sports betting markets across cricket, football, esports, and other major sports. All sports bets are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the platform.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief delay for processing and may be refused if the relevant market has been suspended or the event status has changed materially.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be voided and the stake returned to your balance, unless the event is rescheduled and takes place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, in which case bets will stand.
• Cricket markets – including PSL, T20 internationals, and test matches – follow standard cricket betting settlement rules. Markets are settled on the official result as confirmed by the relevant cricket board.
• Roobet reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, technical faults, or where the integrity of an event is in question.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and are displayed when placing your bet. These limits are applied per player per market, not per bet slip.
• Accumulator bets are available across most markets. Each selection within an accumulator is subject to the same standard rules as single bets.

Roobet takes the integrity of sports betting seriously. Any player found to have placed bets using inside information, to have been involved in match-fixing, or to have exploited a known result before official settlement will have their bets voided and account suspended.

7. Casino and Live Casino

Roobet's casino and live casino sections include slots, table games, live dealer roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and poker. All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) for standard games and real physical equipment operated by professional dealers for live casino titles.

• The outcome of each casino game is determined independently of any previous result. Past outcomes do not influence future results.
• Technical interruptions during a game session – for example a disconnection – will be resolved based on the game server record, which is the definitive record of the game state at the time of interruption.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. These limits may vary between standard accounts and VIP accounts.
• Bonus wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards a wagering requirement. Live casino games and table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the relevant bonus terms.
• Progressive jackpot amounts are displayed in real time within the relevant games. Jackpot wins are paid in full from the prize pool and credited to your balance in PKR.

8. VIP Programme

The Roobet VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progression through tiers is based on total wagering volume accumulated over a rolling period. VIP tier status and the associated benefits are reviewed periodically.

• VIP points are earned on qualifying wagers across sports betting and casino games. The rate at which points are earned may vary by product type.
• VIP cashback is calculated weekly based on your net losses within the period and paid at the rate applicable to your current tier. Cashback is credited in PKR with no wagering requirement attached.
• VIP tier downgrades may occur if wagering activity falls below the threshold required to maintain the current tier during a review period. You will be notified before a downgrade takes effect.
• VIP benefits including higher withdrawal limits, faster processing, and dedicated account managers at Gold tier and above are described in detail on the VIP page.
• Roobet reserves the right to adjust VIP tier benefits, cashback rates, and programme structure at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected members in advance.

9. Player Conduct

All players are expected to use Roobet in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to place bets or interact with the platform without human control.
• Deliberately exploiting errors in odds, bonus systems, or game mechanics to generate artificial profit.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to transfer funds for purposes other than genuine gaming activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing support staff or other players on any Roobet communication channel.
• Providing false information at registration or during any verification process.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy service to misrepresent your location or identity.

Roobet monitors platform activity for patterns that suggest policy violations. Where a violation is suspected, the platform may freeze your account pending investigation. If a violation is confirmed, any winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited and your account will be closed.

10. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Roobet account at all times. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login details with anyone, and ensuring that your registered email address remains secure and accessible to you.

• Choose a strong, unique password for your Roobet account. Do not reuse a password from another site or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available. This adds an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Never share your account details with a third party. Roobet support staff will never ask for your password.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately to have your account secured.

Roobet is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the cause is the player's failure to maintain adequate credential security. However, where a security breach is caused by a platform-side issue, Roobet will investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Responsible Gaming

Roobet is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gaming and sports betting are entertainment activities that carry financial risk. They should always be funded from a discretionary budget – money you are comfortable spending on entertainment, not essential living costs.

• Deposit limits allow you to cap the amount you can add to your account within a daily, weekly, or monthly period. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase has a 24-hour cooling-off period before it applies.
• Session time reminders notify you at set intervals so you can track how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-off periods allow you to take a short break from the platform – from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period your account is suspended for gaming activity.
• Self-exclusion allows you to close your account for an extended period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Excluded accounts cannot be reopened before the end of the exclusion period.

All responsible gaming tools are available in your account settings. 12. Account Closure

You may close your Roobet account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding bonus wagering obligations on the balance.

Roobet reserves the right to close or suspend an account at any time where there is evidence or a reasonable suspicion of:

• A violation of these Terms or the platform's fair use policies.
• Fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering.
• Underage gambling – accounts opened by players under 18 will be immediately closed and any deposited funds returned to the payment source.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of platform systems.
• Any activity that Roobet considers to pose a risk to the integrity of the platform or its other players.

Where an account is closed by Roobet due to a Terms violation, any pending withdrawals may be held pending investigation. Funds legitimately won and not connected to the violation will be returned. Funds directly associated with a confirmed violation will be forfeited.

13. Limitation of Liability

Roobet provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uptime and stability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

• Roobet is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors outside our control, or internet connectivity issues on your end.
• Roobet is not responsible for any tax obligations you may have in connection with your gaming activity. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes applicable to your winnings under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• In the event of a dispute about the outcome of a bet or game, the platform server record is the definitive record and will be used to resolve the matter.
• Roobet's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount of funds in your account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms limits Roobet's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, where such limitation would be unlawful.

14. Changes to These Terms

Roobet reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect your rights or how the platform operates, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you directly – for example by email or an in-platform notification – before the changes take effect.

Continued use of Roobet after an update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account. Your real-money balance will be returned to you in accordance with the closure process described in Section 12.
